[:fr]Michael, bénéficie de longues expériences dans des cuisines Aixoises, Parisiennes, et Londonienne. Entre autres, il a été Chef de Brigade pendant plusieurs années au restaurant le Jamin (Paris) trois étoiles au Michelin.
Il partage avec nous, propriétaires de la bastide, des valeurs d’exigence, convivialité et plaisir.[:en]The Chef Michael Demaegdt shares with us the need to provide an excellent service. He has been working with us for several years now.
He worked in prestigious kitchen in Aix, Paris, London. Notably, he worked at Jamin the restaurant of Joël Robuchon. Joël Robuchonwas titled « Chef of the century ».[:]
